Most design requests are completed within three business days. Print items will generally take a little longer and are usually delivered in around 5 business days.
Our Pro Subscribers have priority delivery and will generally have a faster turnaround time than Startup Subscribers.
Please keep in mind that each revision request will add to the delivery time. We recommend submitting your requests at least a week before the delivery deadline for Sermon Series, Event Slides, and Signage.
We recommend submitting requests at least two weeks in advance for smaller print items, slide packs, posters and merch.
For larger print projects like brochures, capitol campaign booklets, and any project that includes a video (with the exception of sermon reels) we recommend starting three to four weeks out.

Absolutely! Your satisfaction is our priority. Our subscription includes unlimited revisions, allowing you to fine-tune and perfect the designs until they align perfectly with your vision. We believe in collaboration, ensuring the end result exceeds your expectations.
Do you provide video editing?
The only video editing that is provided as part of your subscription is Sermon Reels and Sermon Bumpers, and these are only included in the Pro Plan.
